Mission Statement:  Grace Community School is an interdenominational community school that educates children through a Christian philosophy of education. GCS recognizes that God, through His word, the Bible, is the absolute authority and basis for all truth. Under that authority we desire to work with the local church, the evangelical community and others who support our basic mission. With the Christian community, we seek to assist Christian families in the Biblical responsibility to train their children to become Christ-like and to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives in the home church and society. Since we are an open enrollment school, according to school policies, we welcome families desiring entrance to GCS who are not attending church or do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We invite them to GCS as an extended family member. It is our desire to introduce the student and family to the Bible.

I can see it come alive as I read the pages of Scripture. I’m always amazed at the beauty of His redemptive story written through the life and love of Jesus. Then, as I study history throughout the ages, I see Him craft an exciting story full of men and women, kings and peasants, empires and countries and of war and conquests. Each a part of a store about the Holy God loving an unholy people. I can’t keep such a wonderful story to myself, so I teach His story. I love to teach God’s story through reading and studying bother the Bible and history. I teach the Bible and History for Him. I want them to know God’s story for mankind isn’t over. I want them to know that they have a part to play in the current chapter of God’s story. But not only in the here and now, but also in the future.
